7月25日，深圳铁路表示，受到今年第3号台风“格美”影响持续变化，26日深圳北站将停运部分潮汕、汕头、厦门等方向的动车组列车共72趟，部分列车调整运行区间。 深圳铁路相关工作人员表示，具体停运列车车次及时间等相关信息，请以车站公告为准，旅客可通过铁路12306客服热线、官方网站、APP等渠道查询。 据介绍，深圳北站为应对可能出现的旅客聚集退票的情况，已增派人员力量，增开退票改签窗口并维持现场秩序，做好解释和引导，尽量减少旅客的排队等候时间。（来源：深圳特区报）
