因燃气经营许可证到期，深圳中油深燃清洁能源有限公司向我局提出注销燃气经营许可证的申请。根据《燃气经营许可管理办法》（建城规〔2019〕2号）第十五条规定“发证部门受理注销申请后，经审核依法注销燃气经营许可证”，我局同意注销深圳中油深燃清洁能源有限公司的燃气经营许可证。 自本公告发布之日起，深圳中油深燃清洁能源有限公司（证书编号：粤建燃证字03-0054号）的燃气经营许可证作废，该企业应停止燃气经营许可证范围内的经营业务。 特此公告。 深圳市住房和建设局 2024年6月17日 （联系人：许美玲，联系电话：83788002）
