因燃气经营许可证到期，未申请延续。根据《燃气经营许可管理办法》（建城规〔2019〕2号）第十四条（一）规定“燃气经营许可证有效期届满且燃气经营企业未申请延续的，经审核依法注销燃气经营许可证”，我局依法注销深圳新捷中油天然气有限公司的燃气经营许可证。 自本公告发布之日起，深圳新捷中油天然气有限公司（证书编号：粤建燃证字03-0050号）的燃气经营许可证作废，该企业应停止燃气经营许可证范围内的经营业务。 特此公告。 深圳市住房和建设局 2024年6月18日 （联系人：许美玲，联系电话：83788002）
