据气象部门监测预报，5月19日开始我省将迎来新一轮的强降雨过程。预计粤西、珠三角、粤东等市县有暴雨到大暴雨局部特大暴雨，北部地区有大雨局部暴雨或大暴雨，我省发生中小河流洪水、山洪、地质灾害和城乡内涝的风险较高。根据《广东省防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》和省防总有关规定，广东省防汛防旱防风总指挥部决定于5月18日12时启动防汛Ⅳ级应急响应。 省防总要求各地各部门要加强会商研判，及时启动应急响应，落实各项防御措施，全力以赴确保人民群众生命财产安全，最大程度降低灾害损失。 来源：广东省应急管理厅
