Notice of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government on Repealing the Interim Measures for Direct Payment of Fiscal Basic Construction Funds

This document announces the immediate repeal of the Interim Measures for Direct Payment of Fiscal Basic Construction Funds (Shenzhen Government Regulation [2018] No. 2), in accordance with the budget management requirements of the Ministry of Finance and the relevant provisions of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Government Investment Project Management Regulations.
