为推进坪西路沿线景观提升工程竣工结算评审工作，确保审核造价的真实性、准确性，2024年4月9日下午，大鹏新区发展和财政局工作人员赴项目现场核查工程实际建设情况。 该项目由大鹏新区建筑工务署负责建设，投资总概算4925万元。项目主要建设内容为对雷公山、迭福山隧道进出口、道路两侧山体边坡（与鹏飞路交叉口段）等5个重要节点、道路中央及两侧绿化带的景观进行提升。通过梳理骨干乔木和主景乔木的关系，以美丽异木棉等开花乔木为主景树种，选择鸡蛋花等观花植物及多种色彩的簕杜鹃重点打造多层次花卉景观。在项目现场，工作人员主要核查了风景石的数量、艺术涂鸦范围及尺寸、丛生铁冬青、木棉、鸡蛋花苗木规格和数量等。 下一步，大鹏新区发展和财政局将结合项目现场实施情况和竣工结算资料，把好审核关，确保工程竣工结算评审质量。
