The Yantian Port East Operation Area Phase I container terminal project has been selected as a 2023 provincial-level 'Safe Construction Site' model project by Guangdong Provincial Department of Transport, the only such project in Shenzhen. The project features smart management and safety risk control, and will build three 200,000-ton automated container berths.

近日，广东省交通运输厅公布2023年度公路水运工程省级“平安工地”典型项目名单，深圳港盐田港区东作业区集装箱码头工程一期工程码头及护岸工程位列其中，是深圳唯一获评典型项目。 自开工建设以来，项目团队将“平安工地”创建作为安全管理目标，以“智慧化管理”与“安全风险管控”为特色，成立专班小组、制定工作方案，通过月度检查、季度自评、科技创新、精细管理等方法，确保各项安全举措落地，形成一套行之有效的安全管理体系。 盐田港区东作业区将建设3个20万吨级自动化专业集装箱泊位，码头岸线长1470米。未来盐田国际将继续推动中、西作业区智慧化、绿色化转型升级，促进东、中、西作业区一体化融合发展。（来源：深圳特区报）
