2024年3月14日上午，市司法局和澳门法务局签署了《深圳市司法局 澳门特别行政区政府法务局法律合作备忘录》（以下简称《法律合作备忘录》）。 此次签署的《法律合作备忘录》，既是2019年签署的深澳政府间《法律合作安排》的延续，也是市司法局与澳门法务局首次以合作备忘录形式建立法律合作交流机制。《法律合作备忘录》的主要内容包括双方可就重大法律事务相互通报和征求意见、相互提供法律资料、组织开展交流培训、促进澳门法律界人士融入大湾区法律服务、共建法律研究平台等方面。 下一步，双方将积极落实《法律合作备忘录》协定事项，推动组建深澳法律合作专班，共建政府部门间交流和宣传平台，促进深澳两地政府法律事务及相关法律配套建设的合作和交流，稳步推进跨境法律规则衔接、机制对接，共同推动粤港澳大湾区建设，支持澳门更好融入国家发展大局。
