根据2024年罗湖区妇女儿童活动中心物业管理服务项目( 项目编号：LHCG2023000297 )公开招标项目的招投标结果，2024年1月15日与江苏银河物业管理有限公司签订《2024年罗湖区妇女儿童活动中心物业管理服务合同》，合同约定年度服务费127.94万。现因罗湖区妇儿大厦进行升级改造，项目客观情况发生重大变化，根据《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第五十条第二款及有关法律规定,《2024年罗湖区妇女儿童活动中心物业管理服务合同》因客观情况发生重大变化致使无法履约，均不属双方责任。为避免损害国家、社会公共利益，经双方友好协商终止合同。 现将相关情况进行公示。 深圳市罗湖区妇女儿童活动中心 2024年3月12日 （联系人：刘工，联系电话：25113002）
