收到《保障性住房政策措施落实情况跟踪审计报告》以来，我局以高度的思想自觉改正问题，以强烈的紧迫意识做好整改工作，严格按照区审计局反馈的意见和要求，认真研究整改方案，细化整改措施，积极落实，相关事项已整改完毕。现将整改情况公示如下： 一、保障性住房维修管理制度不健全，维修响应不及时 针对审计提出的问题，我局已印发《深圳市龙华区住房和建设局保障性住房维修管理规定（试行）》，通过制度规定理顺保障性住房维修各环节流程与事项，并成立维修组，专人负责，加强管理，优化工作流程，提升响应速度。 二、保障性住房停车收入未及时上缴财政 针对审计提出的问题，我局制定《龙华区保障性住房收购停车场项目收入分成方案》，与物业服务企业签订分成协议，三个项目停车费收入分成已全部追回上缴财政，后续将形成制度每半年收取一次并及时上缴财政。深圳市龙华区住房和建设局2024年3月1日
