1月25日上午，市节约用水办公室会同福田区水务局赴福田区委机关大院调研合同节水管理项目开展情况。 调研组听取了福田区机关事务管理局关于合同节水项目的合同签订、工程改造、节水效益等情况介绍，重点就该项目的立项谋划、服务单位选择、商业模式、技术管理手段运用等进行了深入交流。福田区机关事务管理局在合同节水项目开展工作中积极探索采用“节水效益分享型+节水效果保证型”混合模式，事先测算并约定乙方节水资金投入量，实行节水少于10%不分享等惩罚机制，财政“0”投入的同时，取得最大的节水效果，实现了政府、企业、社会多方共赢。市节约用水办公室负责人表示，福田区委机关大院合同节水相关做法和经验可复制可推广，值得其他单位学习借鉴，希望在今后的工作中与其他单位加强交流，共同做好合同节水宣传推广工作。【局供水管理处（市节约用水办公室） 邱志民】
