深卫健通〔2024〕1 号 深圳龙翔医院《医疗机构执业许可证》有效期届满未延续。依据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》第七十条第（一）项和《深圳经济特区医疗条例》第三十五条第（二）项规定，现依法注销深圳龙翔医院的《医疗机构执业许可证》。依据《深圳经济特区医疗条例》第四十八条第二款规定，请深圳龙翔医院及其举办主体依法处置剩余财产，不得向出资人、举办者或者工作人员分配剩余财产。 特此通告。市卫生健康委2024年1月30日
