为更好地为广大企业群众提供优质高效、便捷服务，大鹏新区住房和物业事务中心将由大鹏新区葵涌街道生命科学产业园A22栋大鹏人才安居服务大厅搬迁至大鹏新区葵涌街道金业大道140号生命科学产业园B13栋二楼东侧（大鹏新区政务服务中心二楼大鹏新区住房和物业事务中心）。现就有关情况通告如下： 一、搬迁时间自2024年1月30日起，大鹏新区住房和物业事务中心新址启用，对外提供服务。 2024年1月30日-2月1日为新旧办公地址过渡期，生命科学产业园A22栋大鹏人才安居服务大厅可继续办理退房等业务。 二、对外服务时间为周一至周五：上午9:00-12:00；下午2:00-5:30（法定节假日除外）。 三、交通指引 （一）公交：乘坐M456、B956、B970、M279等至“生命科学产业园”公交站，步行250米到达，可具体查看相关导航软件获取最新公交信息。 （二）自驾：导航至深圳市大鹏新区葵涌街道生命科学产业园B13栋或大鹏新区政务服务中心。 四、咨询电话：0755-28333561、0755-28333249。大鹏新区住房和建设局2024年1月26日
