尊敬的黄迎春（等）代表： 你们提出的《关于解决土地荒化与居民日益增长的民生需求相矛盾问题的建议》（第2-20230079号）收悉。经汇总区规划土地监察局、龙田街道办事处意见并认真研究，现答复如下： 感谢您对城市规划和自然资源的关注，根据我市现行的临时用地管理规定，来文事项中涉及的临时停车场、集中晾晒场等均不符合临时用地使用用途，无法通过临时用地的方式供应相关土地。 对于您提出的利用闲置土地解决停车场地问题的，我局原则上予以支持，可按照《深圳市国有建设用地短期租赁管理办法》等规定来办理手续。 此函。
