近日，大鹏新区政法办公室走进大鹏新区正德高级中学，为该校300余名学生送去一堂别具特色的反邪教法治教育“晚自习”。 课堂上，反邪教专干以《中华人民共和国宪法》第三十六条、《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百条等相关法律条文为切入点，通过“以案释法”的方式教育引导学生认清邪教本质和危害。同时，结合生活中会遇到场景，分析邪教拉拢渗透手段，传授防范邪教的实招，倡导师生要增强法治观念，提高自我防范意识，如有发现邪教宣传品或邪教人员，应及时报警。课后，大家纷纷表示今后会增强自我保护意识，树立正确的法治观念，提高法律素养，崇尚科学，远离邪教。 接下来，大鹏新区政法办公室将继续围绕青少年、妇女、老年人等易感人群，多角度、全方位持续开展反邪教宣传教育工作，为平安大鹏建设高质量发展作贡献。
