为贯彻实施国家、广东省及深圳市等相关绿色低碳政策要求，进一步提升建筑节能水平，大力推进我市超低能耗建筑、（近）零能耗建筑、零碳建筑建设，根据《深圳经济特区绿色建筑条例》《深圳市住房和建设局关于开展深圳市超低能耗、（近）零能耗及零碳建筑试点、示范项目申报工作的通知》《近零能耗建筑技术标准》（GB\/T 51350-2019）及《深圳市超低能耗建筑技术导则》等相关规定，我局组织完成了2023年第二批超低能耗、（近）零能耗及零碳建筑试点项目评审工作。经审查与公示，现将该批通过公示的16个项目予以公告（详见附件）。 联系人：袁玉华，联系电话：83789895 附件：深圳市2023年第二批超低能耗、（近）零能耗及零碳建筑试点项目公告名单 深圳市住房和建设局 2023年12月25日
