各有关单位： 根据工作需要，我委对深圳市科技计划项目验收申请指南进行了修订（详见附件1），现予以发布，请遵照执行。 其中，市科技计划项目涉及科技伦理审查的，项目负责人应按有关规定向负责本项目伦理审查的科技伦理（审查）委员会提交伦理回顾性终结报告，接受科技伦理结题审查；提交验收材料时应提供本项目的科技伦理初始审查批件和跟踪审查（包括结题审查）批件\/意见。请有关高等学校、科研机构、医疗卫生机构、企业等市科技计划项目承担单位，履行科技伦理管理主体责任，按照项目验收申请指南要求，涉及科技伦理审查的，提交相关材料，不符合要求的我委予以退回。 特此通知。深圳市科技创新委员会2023年12月22日
