关于《龙华区2022年度本级预算执行和其他财政收支审计工作报告》中“项目进度严重滞后被取消，前期投入资金暂无法发挥效益”的问题，涉及到“智慧龙华”一期教育云综合平台项目。我局高度重视，严格按照审计要求积极开展整改工作，现将相关情况公示如下： 由于项目各方对已完工工程的验收和已完工工程量的核算存在分歧，且多次协商无果，故一直无法进行项目结算。为确保财政资金安全，我局采用起诉方式解决问题。目前，法院已受理此案。我局正在努力跟进项目后续处理工作，争取最大限度避免财政资金损失，发挥项目应有效益。 深圳市龙华区教育局 2023年12月20日
