12月12日下午，市水务局一级调研员罗宜兵带队赴南山区百旺社区开展关爱辖区快递、外卖小哥暖蜂慰问活动。市水务局供水管理处（节水办）、南山区水务局及百旺社区党员同志参加活动。 活动中，罗宜兵一级调研员为50余名社区快递、外卖小哥送上大米、食用油等生活物资，缓解他们日夜奔波的疲劳，感谢他们在严寒酷暑中仍然坚守岗位，为社区的发展付出辛勤劳动，同时也号召其积极参加节水志愿服务活动，利用自身优势协助做好节水宣传。
