市文化广电旅游体育局： 葛俊峰委员提出的《关于加强我市“露营旅游”管理服务大力发展“露营经济”的提案》（提案第20230400号），由贵单位主办，我局会办。经认真研究，我局现将会办意见函复如下： 建议贵局牵头龙华区政府在樟坑径11-08地块（深圳市安全教育基地）周围绿地和公园规划建设以安全教育基地为核心，打造以露营、安全教育、户外训练为主要类型的安全防灾主题公园，提升市民群众的防灾避险意识和自救互救能力。目前各类型的营地在防灾减灾等方面工作主要由旅游主管部门、辖区街道和管理单位承担主体责任。我局配合贵局出台“露营旅游”相关防灾减灾规划或管理办法，并配合市气象局做好天气预报、预警发布等工作。 以上意见，供主办单位参考。 此函。 深圳市应急管理局 2023年5月6日
