为促进机动车驾驶员培训行业规范发展，矫正驾培行业不公平格式条款，维护消费者合法权益，深圳市市场监督管理局、深圳市交通运输局联合制定了《深圳市机动车驾驶员培训服务合同（示范文本）》,现予以印发。请各单位积极宣传、推广，引导当事人使用合同示范文本或者参照示范文本订立合同。示范文本自印发之日起正式施行。 附件：深圳市机动车驾驶员培训服务合同（示范文本）深圳市市场监督管理局 深圳市交通运输局2023年12月1日
