This notice releases the new Shenzhen Construction Project Pricing Rate Standard (2023), which will take effect on February 15, 2024, and simultaneously repeals the previous 2018 standard and related documents.

各有关单位: 为进一步规范建设工程计价有关费用的计取，根据国家、省、市相关计价政策及规定，结合《企业安全生产费用提取和使用管理办法》（财资〔2022〕136号）、《建设工程安全文明施工标准》（SJG46-2023）及我市实际，深圳市住房和建设局制定了《深圳市建设工程计价费率标准(2023)》，现予以发布，自2024年2月15日起实施。原《深圳市建设工程计价费率标准(2018)》(深建价〔2018〕25号)及相关配套文件同时废止。 深圳市住房和建设局 2023年12月6日
