This notice announces the proposed inclusion of two social organizations in the list of seriously untrustworthy entities due to their presence on the list of abnormal activities for two consecutive years, and provides for public delivery of the advance notice after failed postal delivery.

经核查，下列2家社会组织存在被列入活动异常名录满2年的情形，违反了《社会组织信用信息管理办法》的相关规定。依据《社会组织信用信息管理办法》第十五条第（一）项规定，拟将下列社会组织列入严重违法失信名单。 1.深圳市大鹏新区金葵幼儿园 2.深圳市大鹏新区遥控模型协会 《列入严重违法失信名单事先告知书》因通过上述社会组织登记住所邮寄的方式无法送达，现依法公告送达。如上述社会组织对列入严重违法失信名单有异议，依据《社会组织信用信息管理办法》第十条的有关规定，应当自公告之日起30日内向本机关提交书面陈述申辩意见，并提交相关证明材料。逾期不提交视为无异议，我局将依法列入严重违法失信名单。 特此公告。 联系地址：深圳市大鹏新区金岭路1号大鹏新区管理委员会1号楼1219室 联系人：魏辉 联系电话：0755-28333485深圳市大鹏新区统战和社会建设局2023年11月29日
