为更好满足居民刚性和改善性住房需求，经市政府同意，现将我市享受优惠政策的普通住房标准调整为：住宅小区建筑容积率1.0以上（含1.0），且单套住房套内建筑面积120平方米以下（含120平方米）或者单套住房建筑面积144平方米以下（含144平方米）。 本通告自2023年11月23日起执行。深圳市住房和建设局2023年11月22日
