福田区安委会： 2023年11月17日晚，你区莲花街道青海大厦6号电梯发生故障，造成多人被困。 根据市领导指示批示精神和相关工作要求，现对该起事件调查处理工作实行挂牌督办，一是请你区依照相关法律法规规定，抓紧组织开展事件调查处理工作，迅速查明事件经过和原因，查清信息接报、应急处置及救援、电梯维护保养等情况，如有违法违规行为严肃追责问责；二是请于7个工作日内将该起事件调查处理报告报市安委办备案；三是举一反三，系统梳理本辖区本领域存在的突出问题，采取有力措施防范化解安全风险。 特此通知。 深圳市安全管理委员会办公室 2023年11月20日
