根据《深圳市行政机关规范性文件管理规定》（深圳市人民政府令第305号）、《深圳市法治政府建设领导小组办公室关于进一步加强规范性文件清理工作的通知》等有关要求，我局对以深圳市民政局名义印发的规范性文件进行了全面清理，现行有效的部门规范性文件29件，废止的部门规范性文件4件，现予公布，具体目录详见附件。 附件：1.深圳市民政局现行有效的规范性文件目录 2.深圳市民政局废止的规范性文件目录深圳市民政局2023年11月20日
