收到《龙华区2022年度绩效审计工作报告》以来，我局以高度的思想自觉改正问题，以强烈的紧迫意识做好整改工作，严格按照区审计局反馈的意见和要求，认真研究整改方案，细化整改措施。现将我局关于“补贴拨付资金管理不严谨，资金使用效益不高”问题的整改情况公示如下： 针对审计提出的问题，我局已对租房补贴政策进行调整，以实物配租形式切实保障人才住房需求，同时采取措施加强补贴监管工作，从严管理补贴资金拨付，并开展全面自查、查缺补漏，提高资金使用效益。综上，该事项已整改完毕。深圳市龙华区住房和建设局2023年11月14日
