当天，龙岗区教育局基德科德育工作负责人郑淑文作《如何打造龙岗区德育示范校》报告；香港中文大学（深圳）附属知新学校副校长姚雪和龙城高级中学（教育集团）龙城初级中学德育主任郑炳辉分别作《如水育德 润泽童心》《如何打造龙城烙印》分享。姚雪表示，此次交流会让大家分享了好的经验做法，让全区德育主任更深刻感受到如何尊重学生的差异性，让花成花、让树成树。 郑淑文表示，德育工作是学校工作的灵魂，此次交流会挖掘了一些好的德育做法，让更多德育主任从中吸收转化，从而规范学校的德育工作，促进龙岗区德育高质量发展。
