深市监通告〔2023〕141号 为促进机动车驾驶员培训行业规范发展，矫正驾培行业不公平格式条款，维护消费者合法权益，促进驾培行业健康规范发展，深圳市市场监督管理局、深圳市交通运输局联合制定了《深圳市机动车驾驶员培训服务合同示范文本（征求意见稿）》。为进一步提升示范文本编制质量，现向社会公开征集意见。有关单位和社会各界人士可在2023年11月7日前，通过以下两种方式反馈意见： （一）电子邮件的方式将意见发送至：SZSCC@mail.amr.sz.gov.cn，并在邮箱标题中注明“机动车驾驶员培训服务合同示范文本反馈意见”。 （二）通过信函方式将意见邮寄至：深圳市福田区深南大道7010号工商物价大厦市场建设处收，联系电话83070312（邮编518040），并在信封上注明“机动车驾驶员培训服务合同示范文本反馈意见”字样。 特此通告。 附件：深圳市机动车驾驶员培训服务合同示范文本（征求意见稿）深圳市市场监督管理局 深圳市交通运输局2023年9月28日
