为推动项目按期建设，2023年10月7日下午，大鹏新区住房和建设局对鹏溪苑项目和安居银叶湾府项目等保障性住房项目开展常态化巡查工作。 鹏溪苑项目位于葵涌办事处葵涌街道上洞路西侧，总用地面积0.67万平方米，总建筑面积3.94万平方米，计规定容积率建筑面积3.00万平方米，预计建设保障性住房460套。安居银叶湾府项目位于葵涌街道坝光片区葵湾路与恒科路交叉处西北侧，总用地面积2.45万平方米，总建筑面积9.31万平方米，计规定容积率建筑面积5.59万平方米，预计建设保障性租赁住房约542套。 经现场巡查，鹏溪苑项目和安居银叶湾府项目进展顺利，实际进度符合计划进度安排。目前，鹏溪苑项目已完成所有建设任务，正在进行竣工验收工作。安居银叶湾府项目已完成毛坯竣工验收工作，室内精装修工程施工完成。
