9月16日-9月17日，市深圳河湾流域管理中心在梅林水库水情教育基地展厅二楼深圳水文化大讲堂举办了两场主题为“面对城市特大暴雨，该如何应对？”的科普讲座活动。活动邀请了珠江水利科学研究院副总工程师苏波作为主讲嘉宾。 苏波从城市特大暴雨的影响、特征与成因，城市的防御措施以及市民该如何应对等三个方面展开了精彩讲解，并为现场市民科普了新时期防灾减灾救灾新思路：两个坚持，三个转变。市民在提问环节踊跃提问，积极抢答。 本次活动反响热烈，市民群众纷纷表示，本次活动讲座主题对应对特大暴雨具有深刻的指导意义，引发深思。（市深圳河湾流域管理中心）
