各有关单位： 根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》《国家文物局关于印发<不可移动文物认定导则（试行）>的通知》等有关规定，现将文应麟古墓列为光明区区级文物保护单位，将梁元琮古墓列为光明区未定级不可移动文物。 请各部门按照国家和省、市有关法律法规要求，认真贯彻落实“保护第一、加强管理、挖掘价值、有效利用、让文物活起来”的工作方针，切实做好不可移动文物的保护、管理、合理利用等工作。 特此通知。 光明区文化广电旅游体育局 2023年9月21日
