近日，为进一步规范城管执法行为，切实提升队伍依法办案的能力和水平，大鹏新区城市管理和综合执法局组织各办事处综合行政执法队开展行政执法案卷评查活动。评查流程为各办事处综合行政执法队驻队律师互评，后我局驻局律师复评，评查人员着重评查执法主体的适格性、证据认定的充分性、执法程序的合法性、法律适用的准确性、自由裁量的适当性等方面内容，对于评查发现的问题，现场进行沟通交流，提出修正意见，并在评分表注明原因。本次案卷评查共抽查案件9宗，发现问题2处。 下一步，新区城市管理和综合执法局将定期组织各办事处综合行政执法队开展案卷评查活动，通过各办事处综合行政执法队驻队律师互评和我局驻局律师复评的方式，促进业务交流，进一步规范执法案卷的制作。
