深应急规〔2023〕3号各区（新区、深汕特别合作区）应急管理局：根据《广东省规范行政处罚自由裁量权规定》《深圳市规范行政处罚裁量权若干规定》等规定，结合我市应急管理执法工作实际，我局研究制定了《深圳市应急管理行政处罚自由裁量基准（2023年版）》，现予印发，自2023年8月26日起施行，有效期三年，请认真贯彻执行。原《深圳市应急管理行政处罚自由裁量权实施标准（2020年版及调整补充）》同时废止。特此通知。深圳市应急管理局 2023年8月25日
