尊敬的邹燕军等代表： 你们提出的《关于解决沙湖路与金碧路交汇路口天然气管道迁移问题的建议》（第2-20230184号）收悉。经认真研究，就“关于制定整改方案，进一步完善金碧路道路建设，使车辆出行更加通畅、市容环境更加整洁、群众出行更加安全的建议”答复如下： 经核实，由于金碧路扩建导致路口天然气阀门位于右转匝道，且天然气放散阀高于路面，无法平整，影响车辆和人员通行。我局已督促市燃气集团坪山分公司制定专项整改方案，采取管道改造的方式代替管道迁移，经停气放散后切割调整高于路面的天然气放散阀，以达到道路平整的要求。该问题已顺利整改完毕，已清理周边杂草淤泥并恢复现场道路。 后续，我局将督促管线权属单位加强巡查巡检，强化市政燃气管道及地上公共燃气管道的日常监管，切实提升市容市貌和道路本质安全。 此函。深圳市坪山区住房和建设局2023年8月7日
