近期，受台风“杜苏芮”影响，国内部分地区出现极端降雨过程，造成人员伤亡和财产损失。按照市三防指挥部部署要求，为进一步做好新区防汛救灾工作，新区应急管理局有关负责同志赴南澳办事处督导检查地下空间和应急避难场所防汛工作情况。 检查组一行先检查了月亮湾广场地下停车场防汛物资储备情况、抽水设备运行情况和室外应急避难场所各功能区维护情况。随后，检查组一行又赴南澳文体中心开展检查，实地检查了地下停车场防洪挡板、沙袋等防汛物资配置情况和室内避难场所物资仓库、场所维护管理等情况。检查组表示，要清醒认识极端强降雨造成的危害性，增强做好三防工作责任感和使命感，配齐配强地下空间防汛物资尤其是防洪挡板，做好应急避难场所的日常管理，动态摸清临灾转移人员和风险隐患位置，加强安全管控，确保安全。
