各有关单位： 为贯彻落实建设统一大市场决策部署，进一步优化营商环境，结合我市招标投标工作实际，我局对现行有效的建设工程招标投标制度文件进行了全面清理。经研究，现决定废止《深圳市住房和建设局关于不再受理鲁班奖工程奖励申请的通知》（深建市场〔2016〕12号）、《深圳市住房和建设局关于建筑业营业税改征增值税有关事项的通知》（深建市场〔2016〕13号）、《深圳市住房和建设局关于印发<EPC工程总承包招标工作指导规则（试行）>的通知》（深建市场〔2016〕16号）、《深圳市住房和建设局关于建设工程招标实行一次性告知备案的通知》（深建市场〔2016〕17号）等4份政策文件，废止的文件自即日起不再执行。 特此通知。 深圳市住房和建设局 2023年8月1日
