为加强我区“二小零”施工作业规范、预防触电事故，区安委办拟定了《深圳市龙华区“二小零”施工安全管理实施标准》及《深圳市龙华区防触电安全管理实施标准》。为使两个标准落地推行，真正解决实际问题，区安委办组织召开龙华区“二小零”施工作业、预防触电安全管理实施标准研讨会。会议由区安委办副主任史占秋同志主持，区教育局、区住房和建设局、区卫生健康局、区应急管理局、区建筑工务署及各街道负责同志和安全专家参加。会议由应急安全管理协会专家对两个标准做起草说明和内容介绍。参会单位反响热烈，纷纷提出宝贵意见。占秋同志要求：一是要使标准简洁明了，更具操作性；二是要认真研究吸纳各单位提出的宝贵意见；三是要加快工作进度抓紧面向各单位各街道正式发文征求意见。
