7月15日凌晨，区应急管理局、住房和建设局、城市管理和综合执法局、民治街道组成联合执法组，在上芬社区西头村工业区门口查获一起涉嫌“以车代库”非法储存、销售燃气行为。 经现场核查，共“以车代库”违规存放液化石油气瓶50kg3瓶、15kg122瓶、5kg11瓶，共计136瓶，由执法人员现场清点并依法查扣，后续该案件将交由民治街道办继续跟进处置。
