鉴于今年第4号台风“泰利”已于7月18日23时停止编号，对我省的影响基本结束，根据《广东省防汛防旱防风防冻应急预案》和省防总有关规定，广东省防汛防旱防风总指挥部决定于7月19日9时结束防汛Ⅳ级应急响应。 广东省防汛防旱防风总指挥部要求各地各部门继续密切关注风情雨情水情动态，加强值班值守，强化会商研判，扎实做好中小河流洪水、山洪、地质灾害和城乡内涝等防御工作，有序组织复工复产，加快损毁的水利、道路、通信、电力等设施修复，尽快恢复正常的生产生活秩序，切实将保障人民群众生命财产安全放在第一位落到实处。 来源：广东省应急管理厅
