《深圳市BOT模式水质净化厂建设管理及运营情况专项审计调查报告》反映的问题，我局高度重视，对审计指出问题全面排查，深入查摆剖析，扎实推进整改落实，现已整改完毕。根据审计发现问题公开工作相关规定，现将有关合同的整改情况公告如下： 我局印发了合同管理、内部审计等相关制度文件，明确规定合同签订期限、流程及相关管理细则，并将合同签订时间以及合同管理情况纳入内部审计工作。同时，我局以本次审计整改为契机，对审计发现的问题，举一反三，在全局开展自查自纠工作，将自查范围从BOT模式项目合同延伸到所有工程项目合同，避免再次出现类似问题。
