近日，为提升医务人员对儿童保护的意识和重视程度，引导相关从业人员关注未成年人权益，深圳市未成年人救助保护中心联合龙岗区第三人民医院开展了“未成年人强制报告”讲座。本次活动采用线上直播与线下开展相结合的形式，400多名医护人员参与此次活动。 本次讲座由市未保中心法律顾问贺洪雷律师授课，结合丰富的实际案例，从强制报告的义务主体、需要报告的具体情形、不履行强制报告义务需要承担的法律责任等方面，对强制报告制度进行了全方位解读，详细介绍了未成年人强制报告制度。参与讲座的医护人员与讲师积极互动，并纷纷表示通过学习相关知识，提高了医护人员辨别和报告儿童遭受伤害的能力，有助于解决工作中遇到的实际问题。龙岗区第三人民医院相关负责人表示，将继续组织各科室深入学习讲座内容，加强儿童保护工作，致力于为未成年人构建一个安全、健康的成长环境。 （图\/文 市未成年人救助保护中心）
