2023年6月20日下午，广东省政协常委、民建广东省委会专职副主委欧壮喆带队一行8人，赴深圳市应急管理局调研基层应急能力和应急预案体系建设工作。局党委委员、副局长郑雪峰，基层基层处、法规宣传处（审批综合处）、应急指挥和预案管理处、应急管理监测预警指挥中心负责同志陪同调研。 郑雪峰副局长对调研组一行表示热烈欢迎并主持座谈，局相关处室（中心）分别介绍近年来我市应急管理基层基础顶层设计，应急队伍力量、应急预案体系、应急物资装备建设，应急知识宣教和普法等工作情况。调研组对我市街道（镇）应急管理机构规范化、“应急第一响应人”、综合防灾减灾社区建设方面的工作成绩表示肯定。此外，与会人员还就基层安全隐患巡查、群防群治、事故追责问责机制等方面工作进行广泛交流。
