The Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission approved the feasibility study report for the Shenzhen Emergency Comprehensive Rescue and Science Education Base project, with a total investment of 378.70 million yuan and a planned total building area of 38,160 square meters. The project aims to enhance emergency management and rescue capabilities, build a professional rescue force system, and strengthen public safety awareness.

《深圳市应急综合救援和科普教育基地项目可行性研究报告》于2023年5月23日经深圳市发展和改革委员会批复(深发改〔2023〕440号)国家编码：2201-440300-04-01-929743。项目总投资 37870.00 万元,拟建总建筑面积38160 平方米，其中森林消防与综合应急救援基地区9360平方米、救灾物资储备库 7800 平方米、公众安全科学普及教育区 19500 平方米、架空层及风雨连廊 1500 平方米。配套专业训练场地（含训练设施和配套训练场）面积 25120平方米，专业训练设施构筑物 7100 平方米。 本项目建设是贯彻落实中办国办《关于推进城市安全发展的 意见》，提升应急管理和应急救援能力工作要求的具体体现，有利于构建“全灾种，大应急”专业应急救援力量体系，有利于构建统 一城市应急物资储备体系，有利于强化全民安全意识。
