各投标单位： 我局近期就深圳市第二届大中小学劳动教育巡礼活动网络直播服务项目进行招标采购。本项目于2023年6月10日17：00截标，共3家单位递交了投标文件。我局于2023年6月12日（星期一）下午组织专家组，对在规定时间内申报网络直播服务项目的3家单位提交的申报材料进行评审。 根据现场评审，有2家应标单位未提供营业资质证明，因此本项目的有效投标单位不足三家。依据《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第三十六条“符合专业条件的供应商或者对招标文件做实质响应的供应商不足三家的（应予废标）”的规定，本项目按流标处理。深圳市教育局2023年6月14日
