根据工业和信息化部《新能源汽车推广应用推荐车型目录》调整情况，为切实解决我市新能源小汽车车辆登记上牌问题，经市政府同意，决定将工业和信息化部《道路机动车辆生产企业及产品公告》作为我市国产新能源小汽车认定标准（进口车型规则不变），不再以《新能源汽车推广应用推荐车型目录》为认定标准。现就调整我市新能源小汽车指标使用范围有关事宜通告如下： 自2023年1月1日起，纯电动小汽车指标用于符合国家工业和信息化部《道路机动车辆生产企业及产品公告》所列的纯电动小汽车，以及按国家有关规定许可原装进口的纯电动小汽车、燃料电池小汽车的车辆登记；混合动力小汽车指标用于符合国家工业和信息化部《道路机动车辆生产企业及产品公告》所列的插电式（含增程式）混合动力小汽车、纯电动车小汽车，以及按国家有关规定许可原装进口的纯电动小汽车、燃料电池小汽车的车辆登记。 特此通告。深圳市交通运输局2023年6月1日
