目前，安居鹏湾府和卓越蔚蓝铂樾公共住房项目尚未最终竣工交付，正处于装修收尾阶段或周边道路配套设施施工阶段。结合项目最新进展，该两个项目预计交付时间为2023年8月31日，如有变化将另行通知，届时以大鹏新区政府在线网站发布的通告为准，同时按照分配批次先后顺序陆续办理入住事宜。 下一步，大鹏新区住房和建设局将继续协调项目建设单位加快施工进度，争取项目尽快交付。 特此公告。大鹏新区住房和建设局2023年5月26日
