经核查，截至2023年5月12日，深圳市西湖运输有限公司粤BY3295、粤BY3290道路客运车辆逾期6个月未进行年度审验（详见附件）。 根据《广东省道路运输条例》第五十五条和有关法律法规规定，我局依法注销上述车辆的《道路运输证》。上述车辆证件持有人应于本通告发布之日起30日内将注销的《道路运输证》交回至罗湖辖区行政服务窗口或我局运输管理科。 特此通告。 附件：注销深圳市西湖运输有限公司粤BY3295、粤BY3290车辆《道路运输证》明细表深圳市交通运输局罗湖管理局2023年5月22日
