4月21日下午，市水务局安全监管和执法监督处在水源大厦4楼会议室举办检察公益诉讼讲座，旨在进一步贯彻落实水行政执法与检察公益诉讼协作机制，加强检察公益诉讼制度学习。讲座特别邀请了市人民检察院第六检察部四级高级检察官王栋华授课，各区（新区）水务局、市水务局机关各处室、局属各受委托单位共50余人参加了讲座。 王栋的授课内容由浅入深，从检察公益诉讼制度的探索与确立、开展领域、办案程序、办案成效等方面详细讲解了检察公益诉讼相关要点和亮点，特别是结合与水行政执法密切相关的案例，就涉水务类公益诉讼案件的办理情况、办案理念、水检协作等进行了解读，并对如何做好水行政执法工作提出意见建议。 大家纷纷表示，通过讲座，进一步加深了对检察公益诉讼制度的认识和理解。（安全监管和执法监督处）
