近期，市交通运输局大鹏管理局张瑞洪二级调研员主持召开新区港口及水路运输行业安全生产形势分析暨安全管理人员培训教育会。市交通运输局大鹏管理局运输管理科、安全应急科相关负责同志，新区港口及水路运输企业负责人和安全管理人员参加。 会议通报了近期特殊作业生产安全事故及消防事故，宣贯了上级有关安全生产、消防、防风防汛和环境保护工作文件精神。会议要求新区各港航企业：一是建立健全全员安全生产责任制和安全生产规章制度，加强特殊作业安全管理，完善作业审批制度，确保作业人员持证上岗。二是深刻吸取“5·17”船舶碰撞事故教训，定期研判运输航线风险隐患，加强船舶通航桥梁、渔业船舶和旅游船舶聚集水域值班瞭望。三是加强防风防汛应急处置，强化值班值守和信息报送。四是加强生态环境保护，推广港口岸电建设与应用，完善船舶含油污水、生活污水接收处置。 随后，市交通运输局大鹏管理局特邀安全专家对各港口及水路运输企业的安全管理人员进行了培训，培训通过线上和线下相结合的方式，详细讲解了特殊作业及系解缆作业的相关法规和技术规范要点，通过对各特殊作业事故案例的剖析，举一反三、吸取教训，有效提升了企业安全管理人员的风险防范意识、安全管理能力及应急救援技能。
